Cooperhaus is now happy to offer doggie day care services at our rural 4 acre dog park like setting. Not only is this service designed to help dogs stay healthy by exercising and playing with other dogs, it is also designed to relieve our human clients from the stress of wondering what to do with their dogs while working all day.
With over 60 years of dog training experience who would be better suited to watch your dog and save you the headache of wondering what your dog is getting into at home?
Cooperhaus’ services are unique because your dog is being cared for in a ranch type of setting where they can run and play with other dogs outdoors in beautiful grassed areas. Not kept in a warehouse all day! Our services are also different in the sense that we are expert dog trainers who specialize in working with dogs that exhibit all sorts of behaviors, such as; aggression and shyness. Therefore, no dog is left behind!
Has your dog been banned or rejected by other doggie day care facilities because of a behavioral issue? This is the case with several people we have come into contact and we think it’s ridiculous. So, instead of turning away dogs that are overly aggressive or shy, we will accept them for doggie day care and help to resolve their issues in a manner that does not jeopardize the well being of other dogs. The goal being to one day have them in the mix with the general population of dogs.
Along with doggie day care services, daily training services are also offered, which means your dog can also receive obedience training during the course of the day. The training will include teaching the dog how to heel, sit, down, stay and come on command, even with the distraction of other dogs. The training will of course start on the leash, but after several of the training sessions, the dog will learn how to accomplish these commands off of the leash as well. You as the owner will have to participate in a weekly training session to learn how to reinforce all of the training. |
